Eng BG season start AW season

Can someone confirm me that the BG season will end exactly the same day the AW will start again ? Which would be pretty annoying since the BG rewards are usually coming on the Friday, so if we wanna change ally and get the BG rewards we need to do 1 war in our futur old team ? Hope it makes sense, but hope i'm wrong lol

That is correct.

Alternatively, you can change alliances after the current AW season ends. There will still be about 12 days in the BG season when AW rewards hit. You only need to be in an alliance for 7 days to qualify for BG rewards, so you can get them with your new alliance.
