Been planning on Ranking some Tech champs, but need your opinion. Warlock and Shuri are already R2 but dont know which one deserves the R3 more between them or who deserves the R2 the most of the others

    I’ve heard great things about Shuri, especially in necro, but Warlock is also a great option
