game does not update

I downloaded the game from the play store, when I entered the fight it asked me to download 5 mega, it took more than 2 hours and it didn't download, I tried to download the game from the website, the game gives an error when it enters the match... these errors have been happening since the BETA and to this day there is no solution, how cool
