25% tenacity I. Bgs is a major lie

In the current bg meta in Victory track it says there's a 25% chance the opponent will shrug your rebuff. It honestly feels closer to 95% of the time. Anyone else experience this bs too

It's like that Mesmerize node where "defender has a 7% chance on hit to stun you." Feels like that thing procs all the time.

Any chance based which benefits player (guillotine heals, storm sp2 crit etc) is reduced by half
But any chance to benefit AI is at least 3x

See it's like tossing the coin if I get HHHH in 4 toss that doesn't mean it's rigged or getting tails is 50% chance is fake😂. U missed the GC node with 50% tenacity + protection.

It's best to just consider ANY percent chance the AI has as guaranteed .. 2% chance to evade, 5% chance to auto block .. reality is it's 150% they will. Yet when you're controlling the character that chance is almost zero.

I mean we could test this but it would take ages and at this point it’s better to just trust kabam on it. I’ll admit it feels more like 50%, and they love to purify just when you need them not to, but I have a strong feeling that the more data we collected the more the chance would tend to 25%

Same goes for the Great RNG! You would always naturally sig 200 a ironfist but never ABS
