Red Guardian sinergy bugged

I was recently using Red guardian in ROL for a speed run, I added Sabertooh for sinergy purposes, and I noticed the sinergy is not working properly. It's supposed to grant a fury passive while the shield is fractured, but it didn't work.

    I’ve brought this up many times in the forums but Kabam doesn’t seem to care about it
