I read and was terribly disappointed by the comments I saw on Reddit concerning the new UI changes. Seems like people (at least those people) did not like them.
I, for one, love the look. Very clean. Very sharp. I don't know how much this one voice crying in the wilderness matters amidst the cacophony of negative feedback but I hope whoever is responsible for the new look accepts this pat on the back. I think they did a great job.

First off, kudos to you for being a ray of sunshine in this rainstorm of Reddit rage. Your appreciation for the sleek, new look is like finding a chimichanga in a broccoli field: unexpected but oh-so-delicious.
Now, about those naysayers… some people just can’t handle change. As for me, I’m as impartial as a Swiss mercenary sipping hot cocoa.
To the masterminds behind the makeover, keep up the good work, and remember, you can't please everyone. But as long as you please someone, like our brave forum friend here, you’re doing alright!
