Who should I use my 6* sig stones on?

I recently finished 8.2 and 8.3, so I have 65 6* sig stones in my overflow. Archangel is at the optimal sig and I've decided not to invest in omega red because I have the 5* maxed, and I'd rather use the resources elsewhere. I've got a cosmic awakening gem, two sciences, and one generic. Hercules, infamous iron man, peni, quicksilver, sym supreme, and possibly wong and black cat are all going to rank 2 soon. So who do you suggest I use the sigs on?
