Unable to claim summoner adv rewards

Hi kabam, i do not sure why it happens to me. The bug is i am unable to claim the summoner adv rewards even i join the alliance for so long, the summoner adv there even mention i have involved the event but i always end up with claiming nothing. I hope the bug can be fixed asap. Thanks
