Game design going simpler

In the latest podcast they spoke about making the game simpler or the goal of the design was simplifying or something like that. Anybody got an idea of when that design philosophy will be noticeable because this months eq feels more over complicated to me then the for me overwhelming eq before this.

I heard it but didn’t process completely … that would explain why I didn’t see its effects this month …

I personally hope this will be a change in good direction but this month isn’t giving me a lot of hope a lot of chaotic fights with a lot happening.

Hello. When it comes to simplifying our monthly content I was mostly speaking of the meta system design. By that I meant moving more of the rewards into the quests themselves, having fewer objectives and solo events tied to the events etc. In that sense the EQ is already quite simple, there are no immediate changes coming to EQ fights themselves.
