I made my first showcase video of one of my favorite champs who seems to be massively underrated by the community. Here it is

To sum up though:
1)Cull can Parry non-contact attacks
2)Cull counters evade
3)Cull counters autoblock
4)Cull gets 15/21 solos in grandmaster's gauntlet including that terrible mix master / flux dispersal korg fight
5)Cull gets a 1,000,000 sp3
6)Even unramped Cull gets winter soldier down in 41 seconds.
7)the rest of the RoL fights are only 30 seconds to 20 seconds.

    I'd imagine so. The dupe makes sure that he keeps his Rout damage throughout the fight, as opposed to it being one and done.

    he definitely needs the dupe for longer fights but not short ones. The dupe allows him to use rout multiple times instead of once. But if you watch the video you will see that most fights only require one round of rout.
    It also gives him a decent fury buff (which increases in potency up till 200 sig). So yes it is very good to have.
