I thought it would've been purchasable until 7 star NC went away. How do we still have 28 days left to purchase him with no way of getting X-Magica runestones?!

    All opportunities have finished now, unless you haven't got to Vibranium I in Battlegrounds or all the rooms in Sage Incursions.

    If you have done all that and still not got the 120 stones, you missed some.
