Is it bug or RNG?

I open my 10 magnetron crystal by directly opening them (open without rolling) and then suddenly my device signals are out and game lost connection. After restarting it instantly, all 10 crystals opened so i go to my roster but i saw no new champ. So there are two possibilities, eithwr all the champions in crystal are dupe or they actually don't opened. What is it according to you?

    Depends how developed your roster is. Check if you have more iso then usual.
