Deathless query

For people like me who couldn't get 7* deathless pieces from WoW and BG season because we were in lower progression tier and other future players who still haven't discovered the game, will you put the deathless pieces in content again at some point of time? Or putting them in content is a one time thing? Because buying them with 5000 units apiece is for those who missed them, not for people who couldn't even chase them.

    They said that at some point in the far future they'll be available again but the only other way to get them now is the unit deals.
