Purchases from web-store are not updated correctly to get bonus materials

I bought the arcade bundle at the website store, but the points are not reflected from the purchase. Help?

Same. Made a post about it as well but no responses. I wouldn't anticipate any help on the forums at the moment as there hasn't been any responses by the community team in quite a while. I'm not sure if it's gonna be Kabam or Xsolla support but I gave up as the time invested didn't seem worth the lackluster rewards.
