Missing rewards as Paragon?

I am paragon but can’t see the megatrom crystals in the rewards for the Grand Opening Solo event?
How do i rectify this?

    Did you become paragon after the event started?

    Same just now become paragon and did restart and everything, Even then i am not able to see Megatron crystals in grand opening solo event

    I think you have to become paragon before this event started
