**KNOWN BG ISSUE**
We are aware of an issue with the seeding for the beginning of the BG season.
We are adding rewards to higher progression brackets to offset the additional grind.

**Arcade is being extra tricky with his Murder Box...**
It appears Arcade has been non-cooperative in his approach to this month's side quest and presented his clues in a nonsensical order. Lucky you, Summoners, we have our best and brightest on the case and those clues should now be a lot more straightforward. While messing around in Arcade's files we came across a phrase, highlighted and bolded, with sparkles and pointy arrows: "the abode for the dead" ... Maybe that will help you along the way!

Alliance Raid Reward Possible Bug?

Okay so just putting this out there to see if I may be the only one or whether others may be experiencing my dilemma…
After defeating the first boss within raids (Medusa - left path) I went forth to claim my prize. After clicking on the paragon alliance raid reward option (as I’m not yet Valiant) and clicking confirm, I got absolutely nothing… no shards, no paragon crystals, no T6. It just went back to the raid screen with the reward box ticked as though to go on and continue fighting. Weird right?
Anyways I’ve checked everything in my account and all seems to be the same, restarted the game and opened a support ticket so just curious if anyone else has experienced this as a possible new bug after the raids update?
