Isn't 15 seconds like 10 seconds after the fight actually starts. He looks like he did two combos a parry and a sp2 in 8 seconds.

No I screen above kingpin fight it's 41sec but if u click on info it will be 35 sec , that's 5-6 sec loading. 15 sec is actual time not including the loading time

Good to know, I never really pay too much attention and blitz the fights in 25-45 seconds. Thanks for clearing it up.
