Storybook Quest Completions taken away?

I have returned to the game for first time in a few years. Since I’m currently not in an alliance or active enough to join one, I thought I’d finish up all the Acts in Storybook 1.
When I returned to Act 4 Chapter 3, I noticed it shows part of the map isn’t finished even though I have completed that part before.
1st image shows how one even is 98% complete…since when do you get it that close? You can also see from the other screenshots where small parts of these maps are blinking, the 98% one a very small portion, yet it shows where I have already been right before these parts and right after so obviously I’ve already completed that before. Is this a bug that can be fixed? Or can Kabam supply some energy and/or more for the inconvenience?
