AQ broken or all defender's abilities?

@Kabam Zibiit are u able to tell me why in AQ jabari cleanses on every parry, rather than just the 1st time with a timer so can reparry before timer expires and she can cleanse again? Just got destroyed by her as she cleansed every single parry, not impressed and am getting highly agitated with defender's abilities not working as intended, was bad enough in raids with modok but has it crept into all content?
