Spring of sorrow Reward error

Hi, i am a paragon player, after completing spring of sorrow 4th step rewards when i claim them i got everything except the 25% t6 cc selector, i have tried closing and relogin the game also but the choice to select the t6 cc fragments didn't show up. It's a very big loss for at my level, please help
