Victory shield bug

Hey kabam, unable to use my shields in bgs, I have 9 in my inventory when I look, but see attached what I see when trying to use one

Same thing happened to me yesterday. After a couple of hours waiting, I submitted a ticket to Kabam. They didn’t really say anything help, but probably two hours after sending them replying, i noticed it was fixed. Maybe a coincidence? Maybe not.

Ok same exact thing is happening to me since hitting Diamond 1 assist getting the 7*shards. Guess I'll submit a ticket

Ah it happened to you in diamond 1 also. Might be an issue with that level

After I got out of diamond, it sorted itself, but was still risky not being able to use one lol.. in GC now so all good
