In AW, I had noticed that item use is not changing the item use limit, remains 15/15.

It seems a lot of our opponents are using health potions unlimited as well. I tested it with a revive potion and item use didn't change.

    Revive potions doesn't effect your item use anymore

    Health potions will count as item used but revives like the 40% one for one loyalty doesn't count. Our alliance don't take war seriously so we all just use the 40% revives.
