Uncollected EQ Completion offer

I completed Cav EQ but missed out on purchasing the 1000 units Revive and Boost bundle, Will I have the same offer after Uncollected EQ Completion? I've done the Thronebreaker one as well but don't remember getting an offer then, I might have but missed it then and intended to get this now but missed it too. Should I complete uncollected EQ to get it now? Want the revives and potions for 8.4. Thanks in advance
