My champions are stuck in another teams Alliance War

I can't participate in my current teams Alliance War because my champions are stuck in my previous Alliances War. Has anyone had this issue or is having it currently? How do I fix it? Or can you fix it?

    Good, don't leave your Alliance in middle of war season.

    Before you quit your alliance, go into AW defender placement and remove all your defenders.. then quit.

    not sure what your reasons are for bailing.. that is on you and your previous alliance-mates.

    Personally, I find it is in bad taste to bail during AW season.. leaving the alliance while on off-season is different matter thou.
