Unable to claim Alliance War Skirmish Rewards twice in a row

I’m noticing an issue with claiming Alliance War rewards on my account. I’ve completed two wars back to back and the rewards don’t seem to be claimed nor disappear from my inbox. Is anyone else getting this issue? This is affecting my iPhone 15 Pro iOS device

    Iv started haveing same issue. Did you guys get any info why it’s happening?
