Cheating or bugs issue in battle grounds?

When I played battlegrounds I encounter a player, when I click on fight I don't know how I wasn't in the fight but he was! And the timer is keeps going on. And I directly saw results where I was defeated, I don't know it's a hug or he is cheating please look at his actions and profile. If this guy is cheating then people will stop playing mcoc because of cheaters. Please look at the issue kabam!
