Willpower turned off after heal block expires

Was doing a lane in aq map 6. Was on the weakness path in section 1. Got clipped and heal blocked but after it expired willpower wasn't working for current weakness debuffs ir new ones. Purposely got heal blocked the next fight and willpower was again shut off after heal block expired.
