Not trying to be a d**k, but of the 6 matches in your photo, you forfeit 3 of them. Maybe they were absolutely unwinnable. Only you know. Play them out. S**t happens everywhere. Their game could of crashed, battery died, you get the point. You can't win if you don't play. Sure it's extremely discouraging, but you can't try & fix a mistake if you don't give yourself the chance to make it

I don't usually forfeit matches, the only I forfeited those 3 is because they were absolutely unwinnable, full decks of maxed out 6 stars and basically characters that I don't have any counters for.

Tbf your diamond, so you’re at the rank where all the mid level valiant players will be + some high ones.

In other seasons they would have been in gc by now so you would have faced lower accounts or more accounts your level but because of the additional grind this season caused. You’re just gonna have to wait it out till it feels normal again.

yeah it just sucks cause I was doing pretty good grinding up this past week and it seemed like most high and mid level valiant players were gone but I guess not.

That is the exact problem with the new season and matchmaking. How is it fair that we face Valiants or fully decked Paragons which is a huge disadvantage when those players face us and automatically win because it's **** easy for them? The last 20 matches I had in Gold 1 were against people with 2/3 of a deck full of 7* and 6* r5. Only two players had a roster similar to mine. Doesn't make any sense and does not want to make me play the mode anymore. I was Diamond IV last season. There's no hope of me reach ing it this season. I think they'll lose a lot of players with this change in bg.

It’s a competitive game. In other competitive games, for example apex legends, rank system works based on skill. The top players who have better aim, game sense etc will get to the top rank. Alternatively cod, the one with the better load out + aim will get the top ranking. In Mcoc, slightly similar to cod. Both skills and roster play a part in what rank you are. If you’re struggling to rank up then either wait for players to move up or do other content within the game to help you move up.

Since last year gifting event, kabam has show that they are trying to push lower tiers to get to end game fast. Cavs are getting r3 7* rank up gems. So if battlegrounds isn’t working then do alternative stuff then come back to bg.

Remember you’re complaining about paragons+ and paragons are complaining about facing valiant. And lower end valiants have to face 7 r3 7* legend players as well.

I disagree. They won’t lose alot of players. All they need to do is add 15k 7* shards or a 6* R4-5 gem or something once you enter GC to draw almost all of them back at once.

They're going to lose me in Battlegrounds as soon as this season is over. The only time I play this mode is when it has enhanced alliance rewards and when a rare item is in it. 15k 7* shards and 4->5 gems won't do it for me.

I've learned a lot from fighting in matches I had no chance to win. I try new potential counters and place defenders I don't normally use. If you are going to lose you might as well make the most of it!

If your at that point might as well grind story or other content and get a better roster you can’t expect to play in higher ranks without the same things other higher rank players have. Like if I want celestial I’ll have to get the same things they have not just beg for free wins got earn them the same way the celestial players or in your case the low valiant and high end paragons
