What is this issue kabam please resolve it!!!

I got completion reward from last war. I claimed it but the massage got stuck in my mail box with unread status. And showing me as not claimed yet..



It is not that big issue. It is bothering because we lost the last war. And it showing me again and again when I click to check mail box. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but it is not going away.
