Champ input movement on its own

I posted and asked about this in general discussion board, however I am experiencing issues with my champs dashing forward when holding block or dashing back mid combo. I was suggested that maybe I am touching the screen in multiple places. I have since been extra careful to not do so and am still experiencing the same issue. My phone is an IPhone 15 Pro and is currently up to date on the IOS software so isn’t an old phone issue either. I can’t be the only one with this problem.
