24hr daily crystal bug

For some reason it won't let me claim my daily or 24 hour crystals, ik there are some you can claim in the store but I thought that is optional but dunno either if its a bug or something else . Please lemme know

    It's paused while the super event is on. There are about 100 other threads on here about the exact same thing
