Why can't i Claim AW rewards after war match ?

I've been facing this new bug or problem where I can't claim my War victory or loss rewards. I tried to claim them so many times but nothing happened, i thought they'll come in stash after couple of days but i was wrong. What's the point of playing AW where I can't claim my rewards after match.
I want to share screen recording but i think there is no option for that and screenshots are not useful in this case.
I wanna know what is happening, is it happening with me only or this is some kind of bug ?

    Mine won't claim this time, either. It happens occasionally - try again a few times, and it normally sorts itself out.
