Will the offer come back around again or will the x-magica runestones be useless once the offer expires?

I don't have enough for him but I want to know if I should at least use them for 7* shards or hold on to them.

    Gorr is decent; especially if you need a cosmic+DoT champion for the current Spring of Sorrow challenge.

    Great counter for Bullseye; just go ahead and block his SP1: you'll be fine.

    Gorr is great for long fights, and a decent defender in BG. Long time since I used him, apart from SOS recently, but as a 6R3 he has a 200k+ sp3 after ramp up...which is reasonably good.
