KABAM HELP massive issue with magnetron crystals

After receiving the rewards from the golden track event I opened the 4 magnetron crystals and only got 3 champions.
I spun out the first three then popped the last one and didn’t get a champion for it?
Has anyone else experienced this and can kabam please help resolve this
