As much as I hate to say it, Negasonic isn't going to get a tune up. Actually anyone released this year, except silver sable and maybe ironheart most likely won't get a tune up. Other champs are decent on offense, including negasonic. That's how dust, nega, punk and destroyer are intended to be, Just decent/good champs. They most likely won't be touched. Negasonic absolutely won't be touched. Prowler isn't going to get plasma instead of incenerates. Punk have to depend on 200 sig (most likely). Dust and destroyer will have the same ramp up time. We have to deal with it. Only trash and underwhelming champs might get a tune up.
I'll keep on repeating myself : Moondragon is the fastest and probably the second safest bullseye counter. For those who don't know, Moondragon takes %80 less bleed damage and ignores evade when activating psionic transcendence which shuts down everything that makes Bullseye annoying in the first place. You dex right at the start of the fight to take the bleed damage which automatically ramps you up to 20 charges/psionic transcendence (idk why it ramps you up until 20,is it coded as an indefinite bleed or smt?) . You don't even need to hit him, one dex and he's trivialized. From there just intercept freely and build up to a sp2. My r2 Moondragon takes out r3 Bullseyes with a single sp2 and the fight takes about 30 seconds in average. I'd suggest anyone to test her out if desperately looking for a reliable bullseye counter. Many times you won't even bait a single sp1 if the ai is cooperative, doesn't matter if not either since you won't lose more than %5 of your hp. Hope it helps TLDR: Silver Sable is a champion in Marvel Contest of Champions.
I've seen people debate over whether Negasonic or Sinister is a better counter to Bullseye. Being without Negasonic, I guess I'm left wondering who's better. Who is the superior counter, in your opinion?

I really hope that if they do change Prowler's ability, Incinerate isn't what they go for: the actual damage (DoT) from his Incinerate (or Plasma) debuff is negligible: the important thing is the Burst damage it enables from his Ruptures.Well, there are still going to be non-mutants where Incinerate is a pain (e.g. Mephisto, Human Torch, Ultron). And there will still even be mutants where Plasma is a pain (Onslaught, Bishop and Havok). Plus, all the rest of his damage is Physical. He inflicts no other energy damage, at all, so.... Why not make his Heavy attack inflict a Physical Vulnerability debuff? And of course, change the burst damage ability to "If a Rupture expires when the opponent has a Physical Vulnerability debuff, the Rupture explodes...".(1) No-one is immune to Physical Vulnerability; nor is anyone particularly likely to be.(2) The Physical Vulnerability would increase literally all his damage (basic attacks, specials, Ruptures, and Rupture bursts) (3) He wouldn't run into problems with random champs like Havok, or nodes like High Energy Diet, where you can be significantly punished for inflicting Energy damage.Thoughts on this?
AA and warlock eat bullseye for breakfast. Nega and sinister are cheat codes too. Guardian iceman and Cgr are a little slow against bullseye than in general fights but doable and great.Onslaught is basically fun, same deal with sunspot CGR takes out bullseye in like 34 seconds lmao. Guardian is very fast too

@PT_99 @Magrailothos I think prowler is having incenerate because that incenerate effect is crucial for damage, but it might expire before you launch your mega sp2.Here's where you can use a sentinel relic to pause the incenerate, so the rotation becomes less stressing. I think that's the intention, To introduce a solid champ who can use the sentinel relic.Yes it sucks to have him apply incenerate, But it's most likely to not be changed.

Obviously a joke but he's doing pretty good in this meta Except Odin is actually a killer bullseye counter.Sure he's not bleed immune and will take some damage if he gets his sp1 off, but he can stop his evade, push him to sp2 (which is easily dexable, especially when his "nerf" goes live so you won't take damage from it at all) and wreck him.

It's only basic hits tho.even after the update if you try to dex his special attack hits, you'll get bleed damage.
I'm just here to back up Sinister .... BUT to also make a note about the Dragon of the Moon vs Bullseye ... she absolutely DOES work against him and quite well even without the recoil tree. I don't run recoil and I've safely won quite a few BG matches using her against Bullseye. She's severely underrated when it comes to her utility and damage. I don't even allow Bullseye to throw a special (if the Ai cooperates). She's not my first choice but if in a pickle, I take her against him without hesitation.
