Who should I r4?

Sorry if this is the wrong place but I've seen people make similar polls here before. I'm currently leaning towards Kushala. For reference, I have Kitty, Gladiator, WWBN and Quicksilver already at r4. I feel like Doom doesn't really need the r4, and I can't play Ghost very well. I'm not great with Valkyrie outside of rol. I've also got 50 generic sig stones and at least a bit more class sig stones, but no awakening gems.
