Rank up advice

Hey guys. What's ur opinion here: r5 shang chi, r5 Valkyrie, r5 bullseye, r2 7* duped elsa, or r2 7* bullseye? Which one is a better investment for 8.4 and 8.3 explore?

Elsa. Wait for 7 star chang, don't rank 6 star bullseye cuz u got 7 star, Valkyrie is very good but elsa better imo

Valkyrie if you can max sig her. She's a killer.

I was lucky enough to pull a 7* Bullseye after completing necropolis and took him to rank 3 prior to exploring Act 8 and I used him in about 30-40% of the paths. From countering evade and miss to crits through blocks he opens a lot of doors. There was one path that requires you to dash back which he does very nicely lol.
