No Email Preferences coming up

When you go to sign in to your Kabam account it takes you to a page where they ask for email preferences but it must be a bug because nothing appears when you are on that page and I get stuck in a never-ending loop of not being able to verify my account and THUS cant send in a support ticket. this is super frusterating, Can ANYONE help?
