When running Saga Incursions, we should still be able to access Zone 4. Zone 7 should be viewed as a more difficult bonus with unique rewards and I should still be able to pick up my easy incursion shards on a run with Zone 4.
Even better would be to repeat the experience from the Chinese New Year incursions and let us run all zones to pick up bonus incursion shards. It takes so long to get a 7-star incursion crystal and it would be a nice little boost to the incursion experience if we could rack up a nice chunk of incursion fragments once a quarter.
