Ascension suggestion

I have 2-3 ascensions due and confused who to ascend.
Mainly focusing BG, AW and Act 8.

One more thing is 90% of the time my Onslaught and doom gets banned and if I ascend them that won't benefit me in bg.

I have enough rankup materials so suggest champs regardless of it's rank and why. Thanks.

I would still ascend both of them. Also red skull and fantman are solid for bg and war
