Modok Raid boss - double hit medium...

So I'm in Raids using Silk. Most every time I have the hit my block prompt with her double hit medium I just get destroyed. I can't get though the prompts to get max damage.
Any suggestions on getting past this?
Please note telling me to bring someone else to the fight ain't gonna help.
The guy who brought Domino is experiencing the same thing.
How are we supposed to help our team out?
Raids is supposed to be a team effort...
This Modok fight is hot garbage still (just one summoner's opinion).

Yep. I brought R2 Domino… what a clown show of a fight. I just keep getting clobbered quickly before I can maybe do 1% damage, and that’s with 13 Vanguard and 9 Tactician charges.

Oh and let’s not talk about his *very* “twitchy” AI that constantly tries to fake you out if he’s about to dash or not

They need to remove the unviable champs from the pool and replace them with ones that can actually do it. Too many are just a trap.

Assault is on dire need of a rethink. Not many Assault pool champs that are not bugged against MODOK or straight up don't work.

Technically Assault was supposed to shine against MODOK, but the way they designed the missions and how the pool champions work just makes the Assault role once again the weakest against the main boss.

How do you hit block using only light attacks? Can you please post a video tutorial?

Just refreshing this to try to get some more input/eyeballs on this issue since it was originally posted on the weekend.
This has just wrecked my raids experience. We had all our charges lost on Modok to add to the fun and exciting interactions.
Dev team, please take a real look at this. Raids was the most exciting team aspect of the game and it has turned into a fiasco.
Highly disappointed.
Just one summoner’s opinion.
