Act 8.2.6 node not working ?

Maybe i didn’t understood the node Maybe can someone explain to me why in the path all to the right with king groot you got a node with indestructible and imblocable that say the timer is paused unless you are next to the opponent

So it work if i’m hitting the block, but it still is paused when i hit with a régular combo

Yet i’m still next to them i don’t understand

I got absorbing man but hé is not the best on all the path for all the defenders
