MODOK Charges

I don’t see anybody else posting about charges not being built properly. I completed 4 tasks in a row, knock down Modok and then whiff 2 times x3, and my counter stayed at 6 entire time. Why can they not fix this **** as the entry costs valuable resources along with missing out on the shards and gold that we’ve gotten every week when Ultron was boss. Very disappointing!
