Have trouble logging in to the game

Hi Kabam, I am using I phone, and is installed to the latest version, I even try to offload the app and reinstall, still doesn’t work…I have issue to log in the game since 2-3 hours ago, my game name is benham228, I have been freezing on the loading in game screen
