Wasnt the dash back supposed to be fixed?

Why am I still not able to dash back sometimes? It seems to happen MOST often when the CPU is about to use a heavy. I have to swipe back about 3 or 4 times before it registers, and sometimes it will even light attack instead of dodging.
Seriously...this has been a known issue for far too long and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Is there any details on this ASIDE from "We're working on it"? What are you doing to fix this? These bugs in the combat system has cost me WAY too many fights man.
