Claimed these from calender, go to open and they're nowhere to be found?

Also, how the hell am I supposed to tell your support team the date my account was created, my first 2 spend dates and the amounts when the damn accounts over 8 years old!? What stupid questions to ask.

    U are overreacting - just restart or login after sometime it will be there just a visual thing .I had this since the weekly paragon crystal - sometimes
