First ever 7* R4 in the game?

Someone on my alliance send this user who have a Emma frost R4 and I don’t know if is hack or someone on Kabam doing test [IMAGE EDITED OUT BUT IT WAS LEGIT]

It's not a hacker or cheater. It's likely our support team was trying to grant a 6-star and accidently granted a 7-star. Thanks for the heads up.

Might just be me but personally I would notice the difference between a 6 star and a 7 star when I assume what ever support was doing (sorting an issue?)

Who ever it was should probably be looked at as they have pretty much put this player in the limelight as a cheater in the eyes of those who don’t use the forums/discord.

What does this even mean? Any time I submit a ticket I get an automated reply and a closed cased email.
Handing out a r4 7* Emma Frost by accident? Why were they giving out a 6*? You post raised more questions than answers.

There is actually no way for us to rank down champions. The only way to do it is to remove the champion and grant a new one at the rank below. So what happened here was support wanted to rank down 6-star Emma Frost from 6R5 to 6R4. They removed the 6R5 then accidentally granted a 7R4 instead of a 6R4. I do not know why they were doing this, I don't have access to their ticket system, but that's what the note on the account suggests happened.
