SOS- Missing point

Did the left side with Red Guardian, Torch and Blade but didn't get the #Clarity objective point.
Anyone else facing the same issue? Or did I mess up with some wording in the objective?

When did you do the run? IIRC there was an issue with Blade in particular early on.

Just now, didn't realise Blade was bugged.
Did another one with Venom and got the point (didn't want to take chances with compensation and all that)
