Northstar Speed Burst Not Pausing During Relic.

I've had Northstar for a while and noticed this the day after I got him.

In his kit it says speed burst pauses while using dashes, mediums, STRIKERS or during either champs special attacks.

I've tested it many times and while I am in speed burst, I will medium, medium and the timer will pause.
I will then throw a striker and watch like a quarter of the speed burst timer go down during the animation.

Hoping this can help get him fixed up!
