    Sometimes the game has run in step with the MCU, other times it's branched away completely.

    Some characters are designed based on their MCU appearance (e.g. Thor Ragnarok, Gladiator Hulk, Valkyrie, Gorr) while others stuck to their Comic appearance (Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Kamala Khan).
